Hammer Light is a structured training program with different scaling options.
The training units last about 1-1.5 hours per day. Weights and movements are prescribed. However, these can be flexibly adapted according to the level of performance. The training plan improves skills in the disciplines of strength, endurance, gymnastics, bodyweight movements and Olympic weightlifting.
Do you need hands-on coaching? Our coaches lead classes at CrossFit Jackhammer every day and are at your side with advice and action during the courses. These hours can be booked flexibly.
